Founded in 2008, Diolar is a company with deep federal contracting experience. Diolar and its leadership have over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing large scale technology programs at federal agencies such as DHS, DOI, DOJ, HHS, HRSA, DOL, GSA, DOC, USPS, USPSOIG, USPIS, and DOD.
